For those users who cannot find eXRD assets in their account, please make sure not to click ‘hide small balances’. If you have unchecked 'hide small balances' but still cannot see your eXRD balance, please submit a ticket via KuCoin, and provide your UID with a summary of the issue. For those users cannot see the USD price of their eXRD tokens or the eXRD tokens's price = 0 USD, this is normal when KuCoin does a token swap, KuCoin have asked their product team to look at this as it can be confusing!
